RETURN POLICY

At Rockio Clothing, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer a 15-day return policy from the date of delivery. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we are here to assist.

To qualify for a return, the item must be in its original, unworn condition with all tags attached and in its original packaging. A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Once your return has been approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label along with detailed instructions for sending your package. Please note that items returned without prior authorisation will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

We kindly request that you inspect your order upon delivery. Should you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately so that we can assess the matter and resolve it promptly.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are exempt from our return policy. These include perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom or personalised products, and personal care items (such as beauty products). Returns are also not accepted for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have any questions regarding a specific item, please contact us for clarification.

Please note that sale items and gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be returned.


Exchanges

To ensure you receive the correct item as quickly as possible, we recommend returning the original item and placing a new order once the return has been approved.

Please note that all courier costs associated with exchanges are the responsibility of the customer. In cases where the exchange is due to an error on our part — such as an incorrect or damaged item — Rockio Clothing will cover the return courier costs.

Exchanged items will only be dispatched once we have received and inspected the returned item.


Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. If your refund is approved, it will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to finalise the transaction.
