"Regional at Best" is the second studio album by American musical duo Twenty One Pilots, self-released on July 8, 2011. This album marked the band's transition to its now well-known lineup of Tyler Joseph and Josh Dun. It features tracks that blend alternative pop, synth-pop, and rap rock elements. Notably, several songs from this album, such as "Guns for Hands," "Holding on to You," and "Car Radio," were re-recorded for their subsequent major-label debut, "Vessel," released in 2013.

Following their signing with Fueled by Ramen in 2012, "Regional at Best" was discontinued and is no longer in print. This decision was influenced by the band's choice to rework select tracks for "Vessel" rather than reissuing the album in its original form.

Due to its discontinued status, "Regional at Best" is not available on major streaming platforms. However, fans can still find the album on platforms like YouTube.
